Creek in Stafford County. Our location is ideal for access to the
Potomac
River
(only 3 miles). We are positioned on the 1-mile wide Aquia
Creek just 1/4 mile from Hope Springs Marina. Driving distance
is only 4.5 miles from I-95 (Stafford Exit Rt. 630) and only
3.7 miles drive from the Stafford Courthouse on Rt. 1.
