We're a private RV Resort and Marina located on scenic Aquia Creek in Stafford County. Our location is ideal for access to the Potomac River (only 3 miles). We are positioned on the 1-mile wide Aquia Creek just 1/4 mile from Hope Springs Marina. Driving distance is only 4.5 miles from I-95 (Stafford Exit Rt. 630) and only 3.7 miles drive from the Stafford Courthouse on Rt. 1. There are 2 fine seafood restaurants with boat (ferry) access within a few miles.

The Holiday Harbor Marina features 110 wet slips. New construction has completed following Hurricane Isabel adding 55 new slips. The new dock is modern, and features convenient water and electrical hookups.

Our RV area is small and quiet, limited to only 55 sites. The premium sites feature waterfront and waterview locations.
